Pathways to the Master of Medical Management Program
The Admissions committee is pleased to review any previous coursework you've taken on your own, either through your workplace or at a conference.
CMU has established relationships with the American Association for Physician Leadership, Society of Hospital Medicine, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Certain courses completed through these associations are accepted for MMM prerequisite credit. A discount is offered to physicians who complete the entire AAPL Master's Program Track, and priority admission is offered to physicians who have completed their CPE through AAPL.
Elite Skills on a Flexible Schedule
The Medical Management Program uses a hybrid format blending distance learning with on-campus visits.
Majority of Grads are CMOs & VPs
Sixty Percent of Medical Management graduates attain the role of CMO, or another C-Suite or VP position, within 5 years.
What can a Master of Medical Management do for your career?

It's going to give you the foundation and the tools. Much like medical school did for becoming a physician, the MMM program at Carnegie Mellon is going to give you the foundation and skillset necessary to be a successful physician executive.
