Further your expertise in business management as you pursue your Heinz College public policy master's degree alongside an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's renowned Tepper School of Business. This dual-degree track, which will equip you with deep knowledge of policy skills and management strategies, is ideal for students with an interest in executive leadership within the public sector.
Students in this five-semester dual-degree option spend their first two semesters taking core courses at Tepper. The three remaining semesters are integrated.

Students must complete applications for both Heinz College and Tepper and be accepted into both programs.
Admission to the MSPPM-MBA dual degree program can be granted prior to or during the first year of study at Tepper, meaning first-year students at Tepper can still seek admission into the MSPPM-MBA track and stay on the five-semester dual-degree schedule. Students cannot begin the MSPPM-MBA dual degree at Heinz.
