We offer three areas of concentration for the Information Technology program.

The Information Technology Management track of our online Master of Science in Information Technology program equips students with unmatched IT skills as well as innovative management and strategic tools, enabling our graduates to successfully deploy technologies to achieve business goals. Core courses in Database Management and Managing Digital Business provide the foundation, and a broad array of electives allow for specialization. The Business Intelligence & Data Analytics track of our online Master of Science in Information Technology program meets organizations’ growing need to aggregate, analyze, and monetize big data.

This is the ideal program for experienced professionals who wish to remain on the job while advancing their careers in data analytics. Combining business strategy, analytics, IT, and communications classes, we train you with the elite skills you need to be competitive in this rapidly growing field.

The Information Security & Assurance track of the online Master of Science in Information Technology program equips you with a deep understanding of risk management, cybersecurity and data privacy. This program draws upon the expertise in security research, operations, and analysis from the world-famous CERT Division of Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute, giving students exposure to leading practitioners in the field.
