The First Destination Outcomes Dashboard provides an overview of graduates' first known post-graduation destinations, including employment status, employers, job titles, industries, and reported salary. The dashboard is designed to provide a transparent, interactive view of graduate outcomes while supporting informed decision-making for prospective students, current students, families, employers, and other stakeholders.
The information presented reflects the best available data collected and verified by Heinz College through its First Destination Outcomes Survey process.
About These Results, Data Collection, & Timeline
- The dashboard reflects graduates' first known post-graduation outcomes based on the best information available to Heinz College at the time of reporting. Outcomes are included regardless of when they are obtained and are not limited to a specific reporting window (e.g., 6- or 12-month placement rates).
- As additional graduates respond to the survey or reliable outcome information becomes available, Heinz College's Graduate Outcome Coverage may increase, providing a more complete representation of graduate outcomes.
- Data collection begins following each graduating class and continues throughout the reporting cycle. The dashboard is refreshed annually to ensure consistent reporting across programs and graduating cohorts.
- The "Last Updated" date displayed on the dashboard indicates when the reported outcomes were most recently refreshed.
